Collection Kit purchases and laboratory testing purchases are separate transactions. Laboratory testing services are performed by third-party laboratories partnered with LabKits.com; each laboratory is responsible for the accuracy and delivery of its own results.

You are responsible for collecting samples in accordance with the instructions provided with each Collection Kit and applicable law.
