Unopened Collection Kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the kit purchase price.

Laboratory testing services are non-refundable once the sample has been submitted to the laboratory. If a sample is reported damaged or insufficient by the laboratory, we will arrange a recollection or credit at no additional charge.
